2013 BMW M6 Coupe and Convertible

I really do enjoy meeting new clients and finding out what their needs are in taking delivery of a new BMW. With a little guidance from some senior salesman at Classic BMW in Plano,Texas I have been shown how to really maximize the experience and make the test drive not only informative but to really show just what sets BMW apart from all other manufacturer's. The thrill of a lifetime starts when we take one of our many exciting vehicles out for a demonstration ride. Buckle up and hold on, here comes the new M6!

The newly redesigned BMW M6 returns more powerful, more athletic, more luxurious, and more efficient than before. Since the “M6” badge was first placed onto the kidney grill of a BMW back in 1987, this iconic model has exemplified the luxury and daily usability of a flagship BMW Coupe combined with true super car performance. Now, in its third generation, the all-new BMW M6 will be offered as a 4-seat Coupe and Convertible. The M6 Coupe and its now-signature carbon fiber composite roof panel will premiere at the Geneva Auto Show in March, followed by the M6 Convertible at the New York International Auto Show in early April.

The engineers at BMW have set out to again make a performance vehicle rivales by it's competition. The new BMW M6 Coupe and Convertible share the most powerful engine ever fitted into the series and will offer the high-torque 7- speed M-Double Clutch Transmission. The innovative Active M Differential optimizes power transfer between the rear wheels. This drive train, combined with extensive chassis and suspension development ensure the M6’s 560hp and 500 lb-ft of torque are consistently and predictable as this beast of automobiles launches from the starting gate.
The M6 Convertible starts production in April and will be available for delivery in summer 2012.
The M6 Coupe follows with start of production in July and will be available in late summer.

The new BMW M6 Coupe and Convertible will feature the same high level of standard equipment as the 650i Coupe and Convertible models, with M enhancements where appropriate. These features include carbon fiber interior trim, M Driving Dynamics settings for engine, steering, and suspension, the M Drive System (now with two M Buttons), 19” forged M wheels, Merino Leather Upholstery, and M multi-contour seats. The new M6 also showcases the debut of an all-new M steering wheel featuring new design , multifunction controls, and new shift paddles for the standard M Double Clutch Transmission.
